Hi everyone – in the style of a concise, info loaded email, we are excited to announce:
- We are exhibiting at PAX East 2013, between 22 and 24 March, to show off a fully playable version of Contrast to anyone who wants to see it!
- We have updated our teaser trailer to show off the work we have been doing!
- We have updated our screenshots to show the changes to the game world, and have added one more!
In a bit more detail, four members of our team are going to PAX East, and we will be presenting Contrast as part of the Indie Megabooth. You can come along and check us out, meet us, ask us anything you’d like and play Contrast. It’s going to be fun – we’ll be almost 100% complete at that point. We’ll announce a little bit more about PAX in a separate update, soon.
We have also updated our teaser trailer (note: this is not a new trailer). There were some parts of the teaser that weren’t representing what Contrast has become in the last 12 months, and as we approach launch we didn’t want to present outdated material (eg a blonde Dawn). So, you’ll see a familiar trailer, but with some changes to Dawn’s character model, visual effects and some environments. We know you are looking forward to new trailers, so don’t worry, they will be on their way soon! Check out the updated trailer here.
Finally, for good measure, we updated our old screenshots. The sharp eyes among you will hopefully notice all the love we’ve been putting into the game (and as an added bonus, the screenshots are all now a higher res).
